Orders

How do I place an order?
Pick a product, size and colour, tap «Add to cart». Open the cart and fill in your contact details. The manager will reach out to confirm the order.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, until the order has been dispatched. Reach out by phone or Telegram — we'll change size, colour, add an item, or cancel.
What if my size is out of stock?
Drop us a message — we'll check restocking timelines. We can often pre-order from the next batch or suggest an alternative.

Payment

Which payment methods are available?
At the showroom — cash or card (UzCard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard). On delivery in Tashkent — payment to the Yandex courier. For regions, the payment method is arranged by the manager. Online payments (Click, Payme, Uzum) are coming soon.
Where is the showroom?
Tashkent, Alfraganus mall, store F-44. Summer 11:00–21:00, winter 11:00–20:00. Drop in to try on gear or pick up an online order.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Tashkent — same day via Yandex. Regions — 1–2 days via partner courier. Showroom pickup — same day.
How much does delivery cost?
Tashkent — Yandex tariff (depends on distance). Regions — 60,000 UZS. Pickup — free. Orders over 1,500,000 UZS ship free anywhere in Uzbekistan.
Which regions do you deliver to?
All of Uzbekistan. We pack the order and ship it via our partner courier; takes 1–2 days.

Exchanges

Can I get a refund for an item?
We don't issue refunds. We exchange items for any other item in the store at an equal price. A refund is only possible in case of a manufacturing defect — under Uzbek law.
How many days do I have to exchange?
3–5 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, with original tags and factory packaging intact.
How do I exchange if I'm in a region?
Get in touch and ship the item to the store — we cover the return shipping. Repeat shipping of the replacement is paid by the customer.

Products

Are the products original?
Yes. Joma UZ is the official distributor of Joma Sport in Uzbekistan. All products come directly from the manufacturer with the official warranty.
How do I find my size?
Use our size guide — it has tables for footwear and apparel in EU / UK / US / cm. Not sure? Drop by the showroom to try on, or arrange an exchange with the manager.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All products carry the official Joma Sport warranty — exchange or refund in case of manufacturing defects.
