What data we collect and how we handle it

Joma UZ takes customer data seriously. The full privacy policy is being prepared in line with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and will be published before we start accepting online payments. For any questions — get in touch via the contacts below.

What we do today

  • We collect only the data needed to fulfil and deliver an order: name, phone, address, email.
  • We don't share your data with third parties, except delivery services and (where online payments are used, once they are enabled) the Click / Payme / Uzum payment systems — and only as much as a specific operation requires.
  • We store data on servers in Uzbekistan. We don't use foreign cloud services to store personal data.
  • We don't send marketing messages without your consent. Subscribing to the newsletter is a separate opt-in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • On request, we delete your account and the associated data.
