Public Offer

1. Definitions

• Website — the Seller's online store located at https://joma.uz.
• Seller — ASUMO-TRADE LLC, the official distributor of the Joma Sport brand.
• Buyer — an individual or legal entity placing an Order on the Website.
• Goods — sports apparel, footwear, and accessories of the Joma Sport brand presented on the Website.
• Order — a request placed by the Buyer through the Website to purchase the Goods.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods selected by the Buyer on the Website, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods on the terms of this Offer.

The name, price, size, colour, and characteristics of the Goods are stated on the product page of the Website. Colours and shades on the images may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the Buyer's screen settings.

3. Order placement and confirmation

• The Buyer composes the Order by adding Goods to the cart and finalises it by providing contact details and a delivery address.
• After the Order is placed, the Seller contacts the Buyer by phone or Telegram to confirm the details and arrange a convenient delivery time.
• The Seller may decline to confirm the Order if the Goods are out of stock or delivery to the specified region is not available. In such cases the Buyer is notified within one business day.

4. Price and payment

• Prices for the Goods are stated in the soum of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZS) and include all applicable taxes.
• The price of the Goods at the time of Order placement is fixed in the confirmation and is not subject to change.
• Available payment methods: cash or payment card (UzCard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard) on pickup at the Seller's store; cash or payment card to the delivery courier on receipt of the Goods within the city of Tashkent; other methods agreed with the Seller, including online payment via the Click, Payme, Uzum systems once these services are connected on the Website.
• For delivery to the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the payment method is agreed individually with the Buyer at Order confirmation: prepayment to the Seller's bank details or payment to the partner courier representative on receipt of the Goods.
• When online payment is used, all payments are processed via a secure SSL connection. The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's payment card details — processing is performed by the respective payment system.

5. Delivery and acceptance of the Goods

• The delivery area covers the entire territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Within the city of Tashkent, delivery is performed via the Yandex service; the cost is calculated according to the service's tariff based on distance.
• Delivery to the regions is performed via a partner courier service; the cost is 60,000 UZS, and the delivery time is 1–2 business days.
• For Orders of 1,500,000 UZS or more, delivery anywhere in the Republic of Uzbekistan is free of charge.
• Pickup from the Seller's store at Alfraganus mall, store F-44 is free of charge.
• Title to the Goods and the risk of accidental loss or damage pass from the Seller to the Buyer at the moment the Goods are handed over to the Buyer or to a representative of the chosen delivery service.

6. Exchange of the Goods

Refunds for Goods of proper quality purchased under this Offer are not provided. A refund of the price of the Goods is possible only if a manufacturing defect is established, in the manner provided for in section 7 of this Offer and the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Exchange of the Goods is possible within 3 (three) to 5 (five) calendar days from the date of purchase.
• The exchange is performed for any other Goods available at the Seller's store at an equivalent price. If the Buyer chooses Goods of a higher price, the Buyer pays the difference.
• Exchange conditions: the Goods must show no signs of use, the original appearance, tags, labels and factory packaging must be intact, and the bundle must be complete (including insoles, laces, stickers, etc.).
• Items not subject to exchange for hygiene reasons: socks, underwear, and other items listed by the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• When exchanging Goods delivered to the regions: the return shipping back to the Seller's store is paid by the Seller; the repeat shipping of the replacement Goods is paid by the Buyer.

7. Warranty and quality of the Goods

• All Goods sold through the Website are original products of the Joma Sport brand and are supplied directly by the manufacturer.
• The Goods are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty in respect of manufacturing defects.
• If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the Buyer is entitled to contact the Seller for inspection and exchange of the Goods or refund of their value in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Liability of the parties

• For non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Offer, the parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (delivery services, payment systems) or by force-majeure circumstances.
• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information and delivery address provided. The Seller does not reimburse expenses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer.

9. Personal data

• By placing an Order on the Website, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data by the Seller for the purpose of performing this agreement.
• The composition of the data being processed, the purposes of processing, and the storage conditions are described in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
• Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Personal Data».

10. Miscellaneous

• This agreement enters into force at the moment the Buyer places an Order and is valid until the parties have fully performed their obligations.
• The Seller is entitled to make unilateral changes to the terms of this Offer. The current version is always published on the Website.
• All disputes arising in connection with the performance of this agreement are resolved through negotiations; if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• All matters not covered by this Offer are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
