Exchanges
No refunds — we exchange for any item in the store at an equal price.
Main rule
We don't issue refunds for purchased items. We exchange them for any other item in the store at an equal price. A refund is only possible in case of a manufacturing defect — under the Republic of Uzbekistan's consumer protection law.
Exchange period
3–5 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, with original tags and factory packaging intact.
What you can exchange
- Items without signs of use
- With original tags and factory packaging
- In the original kit (insoles, laces, stickers)
What you can't exchange
- Used or washed items
- Without tags or original packaging
- Socks and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
How to exchange

Get in touch
Call or message us on Telegram — our manager will arrange the visit and check stock.

Bring the item to the showroom
Alfraganus mall, store F-44. Bring the receipt and original packaging.

Pick a replacement
Any item in the store at an equal price. If the new item costs more — pay the difference.

If it's not in stock
We'll suggest an alternative or wait for the next restock.
Exchanges from the regions
If the item doesn't fit and you're outside Tashkent — we cover the return shipping to our store. The repeat shipping of the replacement is paid by the customer.
A refund is only possible in case of a defect.
Manufacturing defect
If the item arrived with a defect — contact us with a photo or video and the receipt. We'll review it individually: in case of a confirmed manufacturing defect we'll replace the item or issue a full refund under Uzbek law.
